We begin with an initial session discussing confidentiality & intake paperwork. This allows us (you & me) to identify what are your specific therapy goals. Following the initial therapy session, we will spend future sessions addressing barriers that you want to overcome, looking at your strengths, and instilling in you the hope & grace to move forward with your life. The primary treatment modality varies based on your individual needs.
